HMO's

We know now that there is about 200 HMO's in Fihsermead. We have objected at the Development Control Committee and the Parish council also object to every application - However, at this time they are still being given planning permission. We have regular meetings with the council and will keep you posted.

Meantime, if you know of any new ones let us know and we will make sure they are reported.

This is not a witch hunt! Many landlords are responsible and the tenants are great - however, there are the odd few that cause problems - not just with parking and noise! Some landlords are experiencing problem tenants and I would actively encourage the lanlords here to contact us. We have about five landlords who are interested in setting up a landlords association - this would be great. Any communication between residents has to be good!
